Everything!! Nicole and her team made this whole experience amazing. They were able to execute things so incredibly quick, they worked their magic on everything. The only stressful oart part was jusy just finding a buyer for our previous home. They made things so easy to understand, they kept us in our budget. My wife and I will alway with nicole and we will definitely be recommending her to everyone we know.

Well the underwriter was supposed to put 2 things of mine to pay off and instead put all things of mine on there 1 which I was paying off and then things of my fathers on there that shouldn't have been added at all that he was paying off. So now we have to go thru the hassle of trying to get money back to where it should Have been to begin with. The final loan documents were sent with only 24 hrs between when sent and closing so no possibility to change or correct anything without delaying closing.I love the Annie Mac crew that Greg has but after his part was done he tried to communicate as best he could. We appreciate everything done, just wish things weren't just added to be paid off without asking When I was told only 2 things needed to be paid off. And for my fathers stud to be paid when it wasn't even talked about was just crazy because that was never discussed.
