We felt like as first time homebuyers and being new to the experience, not a lot of effort was spent with us explaining what we were singing or the content of the loan docs. Although very available for questions, we would have appreciated more proactiveness explaining all the documentation sent our way. Often felt like we were pressured to sign stuff without full understanding of the contents or the process. Also felt that there was not a lot of willingness to give better interest rates or be proactive to market changes to secure us the best rate. Overall just a fair experience that could have been much better for first time homebuyers.
