We were able to get our pre approval in a very short amount of time, allowing us to submit an offer as soon as possible in a home buying environment where every second counts. When it came time to finalize things, Youssef and team worked overtime to meet our accelerated closing timeline and all the terms were exactly what he told us they’d be (or better!).
