From the first contact with Tim, my anxiety about the process dissipated. From the very first contact to the last, Tim remained eager to help us achieve our goal and responsive to every question, worry, and concern we had. Tim literally was always just one phone call or email away. The communication was great everyone was always there for us every step of the way.
