Theoni and her team were so caring and present throughout the whole process. The property I chose ended up being a really complex one and it threw some real curveballs at us, but Theoni helped me navigate it all and still managed to get us to closing on time, against all odds.
I feel really lucky to have been able to buy my first house with someone so knowledgeable and helpful.

Tom was great at our first consult. Explained everything, and was able to work efficiently and fast to get us a pre-approval that we needed to have within a 24 hour time frame. Amanda, was helpful in assisting Tom throughout the process, it seems as though that Tom is a busy person. There was a couple times I felt unheard & was repeating myself but I think once I addressed that with them it was resolved and moving forward was easier. Tom showed up at my settlement date and was a great addition. He was able to explain each paper as we signed and made it a bit more comforting and less overwhelming. Overall, I was satisfied but there were a few hiccups as mentioned.
