Jason surpassed expectations in answering questions while navigating my personal finance and house hunting criteria. He genuinely wanted the best for me and my family in finding our forever home. I've bought two homes prior to this, in different states, and I couldn't have imagined a mortgage lender providing the services Jason performed. He ensured everyone was on the same page and proactively contacted the seller's realtor when we were placing bids to ensure all of their questions were answered and the programs were clear. I did not receive any replies from Mark through email or the app. The advice was more of a lecture and inaccurate. Once it was handed over to the lady that finished out the loan, she was amazing! She replied and always communicated each step promptly and transparently. I give her a ten!

We had the opportunity to work with Jennifer on one of our short sales and she saved the day. The buyer's original lender could not get the loan approved and Jennifer stepped in and was able to get the buyer a mortgage within 3 weeks, enabling the short sale to be completed. Jennifer was extremely proactive and we would recommend highly to any potential buyer needing a mortgage.
