Overall we had a great experience with Chris. The process to get approved was quick and he explained every step throughout the process through closing. He quickly responded to our requests to calculate monthly costs for houses we were looking at, incl property taxes for that specific town, which helped us as we were debating and looking at our budget. He kept us up to date of the steps of the process and helped to seamlessly transfer when our main contact changed to the processor once we prepared to closing. We appreciated that he joined us at closing to further explain some of the details of AnnieMac.
The only slight negative for us was we were not accustom to our loan agent having such frequent, direct contact with our realtor about homes we were initially looking at or considering. We would have preferred to have kept those roles more distinct and separate with us managing that contact with him.
