Simply the Best! What else’s there to say? John and his team made my home buying experience swift and easy! This wasn’t my first time buying a home or refinancing, so I know how much time and paperwork are involved in the process. Adam explained every step of the process before it happened, made us aware of all of our options, and gave insightful advice on the advantages and disadvantages of those options. He proactively called to check in periodically and never left us wondering. At other institutions I've often been treated as a burden or nuisance for merely trying to receive a basic service that was advertised. But with Adam at Annie Mac I always felt like a valued customer whose individual needs matter.
