Working with Steve was really great. He helped explain the process, was very good at communicating and keeping us in the loop. As first time home buyers, getting a mortgage seemed overwhelming, but Steve made it easy and really helped us in the process. I felt like he treated us as PEOPLE, and not just a case number. I feel as thought I know him well, and I can trust him. I would recommend Steve and his services to my friends who are needed a mortgage.
Our experience with others at AnnieMac aside from Steve, specifically the closing department, was less than adequate. As soon as they took over, I felt like we were suddenly an impersonal case and the particular needs in our situation were ignored. Communication also was distinctly lacking on important information, causing us to push back our closing date multiple times and sending us on an emotional rollercoaster.
However, even in this, I felt like Steve fought on our behalf to see us close on our house, and that is another reason that our experience with Steve was great. Would highly recommend working with him.
