Steve, I was very happy at the beginning of the mortgage process. Your support staff is fantastic. My problem is that you originally told me my interest rate would probably be 3.25%. Than I received paperwork stating it would be 3.50%. The final lock in paperwork was 3.75%. I called you and asked why and you told me to just sign and it would most likely go down to at least 3.50% and hopefully 3.25%. You said you would call me the next day. You finally called me late the next night with a promise of a call the next morning when you said you would rerun the numbers. I never received that call and we closed at 3.75%. I feel there was a lack of communication.
