The whole team was knowledgeable and so helpful!
As a first time homebuyer they were able to help me take advantage of grant money to help with the purchase of my home.
They kept me in the loop and it was easy to get in contact with someone if I had any questions or concerns. Even if I texted at odd hours.. sorry Shane!

Amazing team from start to finish. When I bought my last house I was always chasing the lender to get answers and getting requests at the last second for documents. With Katie and her team I did not have to worry about a thing. Buying, selling, and moving is stress full enough and I appreciate that they alleviated some of it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Katie has an Amazing Amazing team, can't emphasize this enough, they guide, educates, and inform/update at every step of the application process to approval. The team is so flexible to adjust your loan type to suit your need and will run new numbers and give you a close picture of your mortgage number for every property that you find interesting and you want to make an offer to buy. Initially when dealing with Katie at the start of the process, communication was excellent. Later on when others were added to the mix, we would receive multiple emails from multiple individuals, some of which telling us to opposite things. We have been told that everything was all set to go in regards to the appraisal, which we found out was not accurate. We understand some things can get lost in translation, but just being told by one person, we needed to upload documents for the approval process, and another person telling us we were all set made it extremely confusing and difficult.
