This was my first time applying for a mortgage. Team Katie did such a great job at explaining every step to me. I appreciated your team taking the time to explain everything to me and respecting that this was my first time through the entire process. I had a quick turn around for my closing, 30 days, and Team Katie was extremely prompt and great at communicating with my entire team - my lawyer, my realtor, and all of my questions.
