Two words "Lightning Speed" Katie and her team were fast to save the deal. I got into the deal with another lender and I almost backed out of the deal until my experience with the Katie team. The experience was amazing and the team were always around to answer all my questions. The team came up with different strategies to make the underwriting process smooth!
