Two words "Lightning Speed" Katie and her team were fast to save the deal. I got into the deal with another lender and I almost backed out of the deal until my experience with the Katie team. The experience was amazing and the team were always around to answer all my questions. The team came up with different strategies to make the underwriting process smooth! In the end, I was able to closed with the initial closing date - just phenomenal. I'll definitely recommend the team to all my future clients.

Katie has supported my family and I during our first time homeownership. Katie has given me some great advice to avoid lost of money when I wanted to back out a deal that wasn't good. Katie Team and herself show great support when we all was frustrated certain times. She never gave up on us, I never came close to a company who actually take pride in what they do day to day operation with passionate folks who actually care about clients they come across. The long 30 days process was smooth just a lot of paperwork and we was able to close few days earlier. What a great team, the company had the best rate in town 5.125 percent when rates was around 5.7 percent up.. nobody could beat that! thanks for everything Team Katie...
