It was Jen that made the experience great. She clearly knows her stuff when it comes to understanding mortgages, but more than that, she is highly personable, patient, easy to talk to and very helpful. She cares about her customers, and it shows.

Tom is always very informative and clear. Very friendly and charismatic. Communication is always via phone and could be via text/email for simple answers. At times, responsiveness was slower than I am accustomed to.
All in all, still very much enjoy working with Tom and will continue to do so.
