I understand we had many extensions to deal with. We would have appreciated knowing ahead of time what was the true extension decision deadlines earlier. We felt rushed and a bit lied to at the end of each extension period.

From start to finish, PJ poured so much time (after hours even at 9 and 10pm) into helping us get a home! We had a terrible realtor/lender experience right before we met PJ and the previous lender had said there would be no way for my husband and I to combine our income due to his less than satisfactory credit but PJ never stopped working to help us get our dream home! She didn’t just tell us she could make this work, SHE DID MAKE IT WORK! We had almost lost hope of buying a home until we met PJ, Gina and Ivette. Their communication was top knotch throughout the process as we were first time homebuyers and had lots of questions. She never rushed us when we needed help understanding something and even made several calls just to check in and get to know us as people. We could really tell that they were in it for us and not for themselves. We would use them 100x over! Thank you for making our dreams reality! Y’all’s passion, determination and dedication was amazing and thank you just doesn’t quite adequately express how wonderful you all were!!!
