I have bought homes, and secured loans before and never had the great experience that I did with Katie and Sarah. They treat you like family. Sarah and Katie answered my phone calls and emails immediately even after hours. I got the chance to me the whole work family and everyone was kind and all smiles. It is great to see everyone working together. If I ever need an loan or want to buy property I Katie Sundberg will be the first person I call.

From the start of this transaction my client was working with another lender. We were not able to get in touch with them in a timely manor in order to get our offer submitted in time. I told my client about my Lender partner Greg and how we would be able to get the needed docs asap. We called Greg (who was on vacation) and sure enough he answered and within just a few mins we got her pre approved and ready to roll. The second we went under contract Gregs team got to work right away. Stephen was our loan originator and just like Greg, he was always available when needed and quick to respond! Stephen and Greg are top notch! I cant say enough amazing things about this team.
