The underwriter was new to the team. She asked for certain items from the Buyer that were not needed repeatedly. Most important she did not pay attention to notes in the file and did not send out the CD in a timely manner. Being that she was new to your team someone from your team should have been checking her. The problems she created for evryone could have been avoided.

I know it is beyond your control with underwriters and larger companies purchasing the mortgages but I felt the communication at the end of the transaction was subpar. I'm glad our client connected us to discuss the situation so I could prepare the other agent for the delay.
