Jeff was great with all the help he provided! But the entire process was a drag. Taking about 4-5 months to close. Also, the other loan advisor (Mike) that I originally had got disrespectful at one point and I stopped communications with him all together.

Liz is very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process and kept us updated on the progress of our loan application on a regular basis. When we had questions or issues, Liz responded in a timely manner and addressed all issues. She attended our closing and helped explain the paperwork.
