I was provided information every step of the way and any questions I had was immediately answered.
In addition, my payout and new mortgage payments were different than originally quoted.
I actually had a lower mortgage payment and received a higher payout amount than originally expected.
My overall experience was very pleasant and I would use this company again if I ever needed another cash out refinance or new home purchase.

Jeff was hands down, thee best person I could of asked for throughout this entire process! He lays all your worries to rest and alerts you if a mishap happens, promptly. I would recommend ANYONE to utilize his presence. He’s absolutely wonderful at what he does! Communication was always there, response time was within minutes & it helps that his personality is a funny one! Not to mention, he’s in NJ and I’m in PA - even different states, you can have an effortless, trouble-free experience!
