The process was smooth, timely and communications were supportive. The information needed was identified at the front end and easy to follow. The esign approach enabled a speedy process to a refinance outcome. I was able to change a 15 year loan to a 20 year long without delay. In addition, a refinance date of March 25, 2021 was set; signing the documents for closing the refinancing process was completed on March 12, 2021. The people were supportive, attentive, and responsive. Great Job!!!

Chuck was absolutely incredible through the entire process of getting our mortgage. As first time homebuyers we had a million questions and Chuck was so patient and answered all of them. He kept us updated as to the status and where we were during the process. He was available all hours and knew how to keep me calm when I was freaking out lol.
