Felt a bit of pressure regarding the amount we were requesting- we wanted less but they pressured to take more- finally after several communications they did as we asked. The speed of the transactions was a bit overwhelming. Don’t like all the e-signing, guess we are old school! Overall once process was completed, we felt better.

Mr. Matheny was very helpful and quick for closing I recommended him without a doubt after working with a different lender for almost month and a half we have to back off the deal because they want us to put more than 34 percent down. Matheny was able to close with in 3 weeks and only 20 percent down. Don’t wast your time with other lender contact him you’ll be glad you did.
