Brian was very caring, helpful and knowledgeable throughout my home purchase. As a first-time homebuyer, I needed to familiarize myself with the ins and outs of the mortgage application. He was able to help me through the process from pre-approval to appraisal and mortgage approval. He’s honest and follows up regularly. Though Brian got my mortgage approved up to scheduling closing, I ended using another lender for reasons out of his control.

After shopping around, I quickly realized Paul was my best option. He was always there to help, easy to get in contact with, even taking calls on weekends or in the evening. Mark helped me through the purchase of my new home. He was very patient and accommodated all our questions, even if it's very late on a weekend, he still finds time to respond as quickly as he can.
His entire team ensured that we had all the necessary documents needed for the completion of our home purchase. They were very efficient in following-up and explaining to me in details why certain documents are needed.

Great communication from both Michelle and Brandi. There was initially some concerns from us about the cost to close, but Michelle worked with us to help us come to an acceptable arrangement which allowed us to continue with the purchase. Closing was slightly delayed, but it was not due to any fault of Michelle or Annie-Mac.
