Susan has been beyond amazing. She has worked with me and my husband for years. She's always very responsive, happy to educate, and patience with our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and very easily relays that knowledge at an understandable level. She really made the process so simple and made sure to stay on top of deadlines and paperwork so the process was seamless.

Stephen Thomas Roe with AnnieMac home mortgage was incredible! I have a tendancy to stress and he walked me through the process with care and ease! He was patient and answered EVERY question without hesitation. We experienced a bump in the road with my out of state bank that caused me to fresk out a little bit, but Stephen was calm and let me know everything would be fine. Im so impressed with how caring and considerate everyone was and would HIGHLY recommend Stephen and his team to anyone who needs help!

we were pretty happy with mark as our sales man, yet the lender company gave us so much stress and hard time. seems like the underwriter was not really good at her job and she was keep asking us new documents over and over.

Buying a home is already a stressful situation, add on top doing it while working full time from home with a toddler it’s even worse. I would not have been able to go through this process if it wasn’t for Kevin and his team. From the beginning, walking us through what we were approved for, being available at the drop of a hat when we wanted to know what our monthly payment would be for a house just saw, to the last leg of obtaining an amazing interest rate, Kevin and the team worked with us day in and day out.
