As first time home buyers there were a ton of questions from our side and Majour handled all of them with ease and professionalism. We were indecisive at times throughout the process and Majour was patient with us while very knowledgeably explaining the pros and cons of our options. So many great highlights i dont even know where to start, Majour made the home owner experience as easy as it can get.
My listing agent and attorney where surprised by how fast he was able to submit and get done any type of paperwork.
He was able to get me the best rate and maximum amount of loan for my particular situation, majour also help me with my concerns during the loan application and was always available when needed.

I refinanced my property with Nathan twice and I had a very good experience both times. He is very professional, caring and very trustworthy. I had the opportunity to refinance this month to take advantage of the lower interest rate. Since we are dealing with Covid, we had a virtual meeting a couple of times to go over my current situation, he provided all the information I needed to gather all the information and start the process. Nathan’s team is amazing, I had the opportunity to deal with both Eliel and Laila, they assisted Nathan in making sure all my paperwork was done timely and they followed up with me on a regular basis until closing. Nathan and his team make the whole process seem painless and it was super quick giving the current circumstances. Once everything was finalized, I went to their new offices to sign the paperwork and that was it! I highly recommend anyone to work with Nathan, you will have a great experience.

Mark was great to work with while going through the sale and purchase of a new home.
