I'm not normally big on writing reviews, but felt I have to share my experience working with Jesse Schwager. I just closed on my first home in large part due to his relentless effort and hard work. I was far from an easy client, being self employed and having very little knowledge of what it takes to get financed. I write this review as a Realtor and a happy client. I would absolutely recommend Rudy to my family, friends, as well as clients.
We wound up working with Rudy and the team after we had a terrible experience with another lender. The previous lender missed 3 closing deadlines and never communicated with us. This caused us to nearly lose the house. We reached out to Rudy and he got it done in a timely manor. Communication was great with someone always there to answer questions and give updates.
Couldn’t have asked for a better team member on our home buying experience and I say this with certainty, if we hadn’t had used Rudy we wouldn’t have closed. He got the job done, thank you Rudy!!!
