I had a file that was more complicated than most. Business owner with multiple LLCs etc. Stephen took the time to do a deep dive into the file and was persistent with underwriting to make sure the process was as painless as possible. This file certainly took more time that a clean file and I know for sure that most other lenders would have given up several times, instead Stephen continued to assure me we would get there in the end, and we did. Hands down the best lender I have ever worked with.

When my girlfriend and I set out to buy a house this year, Iris was a great help with walking us through the mortgage process. We didn't know very much, so unsurprisingly we had many questions. She answered every question we had, even on short notice. I was extremely grateful for her help.
