Suzann was great at responding with the pre-approval letter and getting the transaction to close. However, I prefer to be "over communicated" with than not. We really had no idea what was happening in the course of the transaction as we did not receive updated. I would have preferred to been kept up-to-date with weekly updates as to the loan progress.

Mike (and Abaigeal) take their time explaining to buyers the steps involved in the process. They remember that although realtors and lenders do this everyday... buyers do this very few times or maybe even once in their lives.
