Having the application filled in accurately would have saved me quite a bit of time and frustration. Rose's name was still wrong on some closing documents. I was led to believe the inaccuracies would be corrected before others outside your office would see them and that obviously did not happen.

I dealt with Matt when I bought my first house and he made the process extremely easy. He reached out recently and let me know interest rates were way down and said I should look at doing a refi. He ran the numbers and it was a perfect scenario. He helped me save 400 bucks a month, lower my interest rate, and get money back in escrow. The only effort on my end was to collect documents.
