Diane was the best. We had dealt with her two years ago when we bought our house. Now, two years later, she was just as helpful with the refinance. She is always available to answer questions and explain anything that seems confusing. The whole process is not fun but Diane definitely helps make it as painless and easy as possible. I would refer her to friends and family. Also, shout out to Kelly who we dealt with along with Diane. She was just as pleasant and accommodating as Diane.

The Home Mortgage Loan Page is easy to navigate and easy to use for the uploading/signing of documents. However, the "Status" tab has no use being that it never displays the status of the loan. It wasn't until the morning of the closing that we received the OFFICIAL Closing Disclosure document thus forcing us to rush the document's review.

Kerry and rates were great. However, there seemed to be a lack of communication once things got past Kerry. We had to provide the exact same documents several times over to different people, which was frustrating. Additionally, the closing process was wildly unprofessional. Our documents were not ready in time causing us to have to sit at the bank for an hour, and then when we got the documents, cash to close was almost $1k more than initially quoted. Completely terrible closing experience.
