This was my second time working with Katie and her team. My fiancé and I called Katie and within the day we were pre-approved. Three days later we submitted an offer that was accepted. Katie and her team run through many scenarios and keep it very simple to make sure you get approved within what you can afford. Her whole team responds quickly and assures you along every step of the way. We worked with Stacey in addition to Katie and we cannot say enough kind words. Buying a house is stressful and you’d think the most stressful part is securing the mortgage, with Katies team, it will be the easiest part.
We are buying our forever home and it could not have been possible without Katie and her team. 10/10 recommend!

I was pre-approved for a mortgage at a conventional bank that then denied me a mortgage. Katie and her team didn't stop until I was approved. They worked weekends, nights, in the office and on the road to help me.

The entire team very helpful especially Shane. He was always available, answered my questions, gave me his opinion and advice when I didn't know my best options, knowing my busy schedule he planned phone calls in times I was available and always got back to me even on nights or weekends. I felt confident and safe to buy my house with the support I received.

The entire team was great, my work schedule is very complicated and I always had a quick answer to my text messages, emails or phone calls even at night, weekends or when scheduled a call specifically on my 45 min lunch break. I always got everything explained to me in details, never felt any pressure. My only struggle was that while under contract, every day I needed to send a new document and that would take me a day to get done so I felt like I was always behind but I guess that's how buying a house is because everything just ended up perfectly and I can't recommend enough the entire team. They tell you when they don't have all the info or knowledge about something and consult with their team members to give you the perfect info, that means a lot.
