He offered me the most competitive rate. And then voluntarily told me how to get further discounts on the rate if you move stocks or other assets to Wells Fargo. I was able to get 0.5% off the already good rate and a lender credit that covered my bank fees. There was some very tight deadlines with our closing process and he stayed on top of it and got it done. Was also nice to just have his direct number to contact and chat with him. Super friendly and he will get it done for you!
