Amir was helpful during the entire process. As a veteran. first time home buyer, and self employed person I was stressed and didn’t know anything about acquiring a loan. Amir explaining everything for me, step by step and even helped me secure my home! I was looking for homes for about 3 months, then Amir stepped in and offered to talk to my real estate agent to get involved in an offer we made for the home. Sure enough, while our real estate agent was busy doing paperwork Amir was being active, calling the seller and securing the deal. The only thing I remember was Amir telling me “Listen Dario, If I talk to the sellers, you will get the house… guaranteed.” This is exactly what happened, overall I’m beyond satisfied…. I will be back!
