From the first phone call I made to sue was all it took. Her exact words were “ I will help you get a house “ and that’s exactly what she did. Purchasing my first home and knowing nothing about the stress and everything it came with, I wanted to quit many many times and she would call me just to check on me when she doesn’t hear from me for days. She will encourage me to keep searching, keep on looking, it takes time, you will find a place, she will answer my phone calls even when on vacation. Who does that? Only sue. Sue will go out of her way to push and push and push, look through numbers, see where she can cut down cost, made sure numbers were right, eliminating unnecessary cost, repeated numbers, I mean the bottom line is this, NO SUE, NO HOUSE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. She is the alternate rock and I will refer anyone, Friends, families that are interested in purchasing a home to come to her. She is my HERO and I wouldn’t be called a HOMEOWNER today without her unrelenting help , advice and dedication. I shall forever be grateful to her. THANK YOU SUE, YOU ROCK!!!!!! Abdul ( homeowner)

I had a 482 credit score when I first called Randy. With his help, it’s almost 750, and he was clearly on top of the FHA 203k loan/mortgage process from initial contract through the closing. His communication was excellent throughout, and he was an asset to me in getting through the process.
