Vik Patel and his associates are not only great but efficient! He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and simplified the entire mortgage refinance process. My husband and I worked with Vik and the AnnieMac Home Mortgage team on our home refinance in May 2022. During our initial conversation, Vik told me the interest rate he thought we could get and made helpful suggestions to also consolidate credit card debt into the new mortgage savings us hundreds of additional dollars. Every single detail we discussed on that first call turned out exactly as Vik predicted it would and got us the lowest interest rate available. He helped improve our credit scores, and we now have zero credit card debt. He is truly a wonderful mortgage broker. I highly recommend working with Vik and his team!!
