Asking for to many items over and over, if you are looking for an item in a specific way then just tell the buyer so your not repeating the same request in different from what the processor wants, furthermore, when your putting down 20% and more and a low appraisal some lead Way should be considered Sal

Notification that appraisal was ordered/requested. This transaction was pretty clean, no inspections, yet closed late. Not sure where the ball was dropped but didn’t feel any urgency at closing per the contract.
