It is very important that the Lender knows exactly your needs, your expectation, and most important how much can you afford. With these ingredients the lender will accommodate the right loan, for your profile. Tom and his team, are just fantastic throughout the pre-approval, house hunting, underwriting, approval, escrow, and closing processes. Tom takes time to educate clients about the mortgage lending application process and beyond. He is actually a very good teacher! He is very knowledgeable and willing to help out as much as he can in order to make the process as easy as possible. Tom is very accessible and quick to return phone calls and emails and to resolve the inevitable small problems that arise with details along the way. After closing multiple transactions with Tom, I am convinced that having an experienced, hard-working, professional, is the key when trying to purchase or refinance a home.
