There was good communication between all persons involved in our process. The only thing I had an issue with was being given numbers that didn't accurately reflect the actual outcome. I dont mean the estimates, those change of course. I just mean I was given conflicting information about which sum would be the actual closing costs throughout the process. The issue included conflicting information regarding earnest money and appraisal cost and to which sum they would be/ had been credited to and which sum we would be left paying as a result. I would say it was a great experience overall though that part i mentioned before was pretty frustrating.
