Friday night at 6pm I met my client for a showing and he was preapproved before I went to bed. Offer went out on Sunday of a holiday weekend and we were in an agreement by Monday. Greg is always available and client oriented. Since this property had already accepted an offer with less desireable terms, it's safe to say his availability and quality work helped us win this 1st time home buyer's 1st home!!! Chuck was always there whenever I needed him. I work constantly and am only available add odd and strange hours, yet he was always available and back to me within like an hour. Furthermore he was my third MLO. The only one to make me understand my limitiations, what my options were and why. He was also the most patient out of the 3 and provided the most resources of the 3.

communication and platform were fantastic until the very end. we Receieved clear emails with required documents, and replied nearly immediately with the requested documents via the portal. the week before closing, we got asked for four more documents to be turned around within 24 hours These had never been requested previously (previously requested pay stubs had already been provided). We turned them around but were old out of no where our loan would not be ready. This was extremely frustrating as we had never Been asked for these documents previously this should never happen We should have been asked for these sooner so ensure our loan would not have had any hiccups
