Chuck was always there whenever I needed him. I work constantly and am only available add odd and strange hours, yet he was always available and back to me within like an hour. Furthermore he was my third MLO. The only one to make me understand my limitations, what my options were and why. He was also the most patient out of the 3 and provided the most resources of the 3.
