I lost alot of money on you guys behalf because of the changing of the closing dates . I ended up losing money from my job because I wasn't at work on schedule closings days . I ended up paying my mortgage for the month and 1300 loan and my closing money end up being 2000 less from the original closing date. I have had 4 house closing and by far this was the worst experience. Matt was very helpful but could have been more transparent on the first closing date.I was told on Aug 22 we were going to close on August 26 and end up closing on Sept 6. Just be more transparent with the customers even when we close I was told we would get our money on Sept 9 and yes that was wrong too, we did end up getting the money the next day Sept 10 after things bounce in our checking account.So over Annie Mae was helping getting us a loan to start or debt and credit over so over all you guys was Ok.
