would like to make sure that this goes up to the highest levels of management in your organization. I had reached till three different mortgage companies, one of which I had been related to a member through marriage. Of all Jarred stood out way above the rest. We had our initial phone call scheduled but Jarred had a family emergency he made contact with me apologizing and let me know the situation in the most professional way. I had called him to ask a few questions he answered even though he was at or going to his grandfathers funeral services. He never stopped being available throughout the proces. He listened carefully to my questions and concerns and gave me valuable feed back. He never tried to push any agenda just gave the most open honest information available and the best way to situate my finances for moving forward beyond this home purchase and for better stability in the future to potentially refinance when rates start to drop and level. His availability, honesty and thoroughness made me decide no matter what numbers anybody else might've had whether better or worse than Jarred was the one to go with. I had inital initial conversation with the other 2 companies but once i submitted my information I never heard much if anything back. It was very frustrating to put on all that time providing information to not get anything reciprocated.Jarred was all over it from the get go! He even showedup showed up to meet me in person at my closing. This was my third sale and fourth closing, and I have to say that the team I had this time was by far the best team I've ever dealt with! I've actually requested that if Jareed that if for any reason he ever move to another company that he needed to update me because I would follow him and his useful and knowledgeable advice to any agency that he was associated with.
