The process wasn't smooth enough. The portal changed during the process, and we constantly had trouble with links, accessing the accounts, and troubleshooting why we didn't receive or couldn't view certain documents. Also, for the cash2keys process, there was a sense of too many cooks in the kitchen between all the parties involved in the coordination and communications. We felt we had to spend too much of our work time finding information and communicating about new requirements.
