My path to home ownership was particularly arduous, however, Dontrell was always attentive and available to answer questions, lend support and offer guidance. I did a 203K loan which required some additional steps and there was definitely a bit of a learning curve. At points where I needed more in depth information about the process, he connected me with subject matter experts. And when I had challenges getting information to complete the packet from my contractor, he was more than happy to brainstorm with me and help me execute a plan so that I was able to secure the info needed to move the process forward. I couldn't have asked for a better partner throughout this process. I would highly recommend him, and will certainly be sharing his contact info with friends and family who are considering homeownership.

Generally great! I thought the level of documentation I had to provide was a little "excessive" given my credit score and the fact my current home mortgage is paid off and I have no debt. Otherwise, Michelle was always quick to respond to my questions and we eventually got everything completed.

Titus was extremely communicative and fast with the closing process. He gave me many resources and was always timely, transparent, and supportive throughout the process.
