Chuck Tegano, the mortgage wizard is what makes my experience great. He is not only my loan originator. I consider him a great friend and mentor. Chuck is the furthest thing from a snake oil salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the guidelines with a VA loan, credit, and rates. However, his guidance comes from a place that doesn’t benefit him but his clients financial well-being. He is extremely trustworthy and that seems hard to find these days.
