Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my clients loan went through. It's been 15 years since we applied for a mortgage. I dont remember there were so many handoffs and different people along the process. i do get a lot of spam calls so it is hard to pick up the phone for the right people. it would be nice if there was a list of names for the entire process so it is clear who's who.
