We originally mentioned that we needed to do a HELOC for closing funds. One of your team members said she could do that for us so I thought it would be taken care of. Found out two weeks later that your company didn't do HELOCs. Had to rush it. It worked out in the end but the process wasn't smooth.

Less people for the mortgagee, that’s me, to deal with. Although everyone was very nice I believe I dealt with at least seven different people during the process. This became somewhat confusing and definitely annoying.
