Highly Recommend!! First time going through the mortgage process and it was straightforward, quick, and painless because they had prepped me ahead of time for what I was going to need. Helped me and held my hand through the entire mortgage approval, buying, and signing process; and all questions or concerns were acknowledged and addressed quickly. Girls were great and very helpful but with the FHA mortgage people should be informed that a guaranteed closing date is not possible. It has cost me extra money to get a storage unit and will have to pay again for movers, another added expense. It also caused great stress finding a storage unit and place to live while waiting for a closing date. There should be a standard list of paperwork needed and followed by initial approval and final approval and not asking for more paperwork at the 11th hour after consistently sending paperwork for 2 months. Definitely took the joy out of home ownership.
