The two ladies I worked with (Honey and Lisa) were AWESOME! Both were definiteltly on my side and went above and beyond to help me secure the necessary paperwork to get my loan approved. They both were VERY communicative, attentive, quick to respond, answered questions promptly, never made me feel stupid for asking dumb questions or for not understanding and they kept in contact even when there were delays. They also had really positive attitudes.... even when my attitude was not so positive. They gave great service even while being located on the other side of the country from me and me having never seen them in person. Service was better than a lot of face to face interactions elsewhere. They were proactive in contacting me. I never felt like I had to hunt them down for anything. Also returned my phone calls quickly and emailed back quickly and they TEXT!!! Halellujah. I prefer text! I cannot stress how important good proactive communication makes a customer feel. I hope you both get a good commission. Give them both a bonus too!..... SERIOUSLY! I'd send my friends to them in a heart beat!
