My fiance and I, had been in constant communication with Bobby Kazarian for around 4+ years. We had alot to fix whether that be my credit, dti ratio and funding. With constant focus and due diligence, we were able to finally close on our first home together 08/27/2025. The possibility of being a homeowner became a reality once Bobby told us exactly what we needed to do to achieve this dream. My fiance and I had constant communication throughout this entire process. Any little thing whether that be paying off a credit card, or not using a credit card, how much do i need for funds for deposit, closing closts. It all came together in a beautiful way with alot of patience along the way. I can now say that being able to offer to her a house with 3 bedrooms enough room for her kids is captivating. We also closed on my mother's 67th birthday 08/27/2025, a day which will add even more meaning to celebrate this major milestone of homeownership.
