Holly and her team walked me through each step of the way. Helping me with what needed to be done. She answered my calls and text at all hours of the days and on the weekends. She was knew what information to grab for the underwriters and helped me so much with finding the right insurance and helping with my debt to income ratio.

There was constant communication and everyone was on top of the file for us. Even with. Short close, the team was able to keep our original closing date so we could get into our new home asap. The home purchase was a second home and the property is on a river. Because of this flood insurance was needed. The language required from the underwriter regarding the flood policy seemed excessive. This caused the loan to be approved three hours before the closing which greatly increased the stress levels.
