You got the job done, and we aren't your typical clients. Thank you! The underwriters continually asking for documentation and translations until the 11th hour was stressful since we were under a time constraint. I've been wondering how to make the experience great and one thing that I can think of is to create a list of documents that might be needed so it's not shooting from the hip all the time. It was uncomfortable and costly to be asking for letters from lawyers and accountants. We got it done. And I will saw that closing was seamless. Smooth as silk. A little more communication on the paperwork involved and not just send it to me to docusign would have been nice. I prefer to go over what it is that is to be signed and make time available to do so. Time on the phone could have been set aside to do this. Things felt rushed to me. This was my first time buying a home and this process was not a good one. I was not happy with the changes back and forth with the MMP and the deed situation that I had to go through and the money I had to pay to get this taken care of and sent back. This was extremely frustrating for me to say the least. Prior to closing, I felt like a conversation should have been had to let me know definitive what the monthly mortgage payment would be before I go to closing and not find out when I get there. One minute in the process it was this and the next minute it was that, etc. This is all new for me.
